My True Self

My Truth
I'm a dedicated and results-driven coach with a passion for helping individuals and couples build strong, healthy relationships. As a Master Relationship Coach, I specialize in guiding clients towards authentic connections and emotional intelligence. My personal journey has been marked by significant challenges, including childhood trauma, toxic relationships, and spiritual disconnection. I understand the impact of adverse experiences on mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

My Transformation
Through my journey, I've discovered the transformative power of healing, self-discovery, and spirituality. I've overcome addiction, poverty, and spiritual attacks as a single mother of six children. I've experienced suicidal ideation, people-pleasing behavior, and loss of identity. However, after seeking God for answers to WHY?
I developed a deeper relationship with God, I did a lot of deep work on self and faced the darkest parts of myself, and my life was transformed. I gained spiritual discernment, recognized manipulation, and learned to prioritize my well-being. Most individuals struggle with healing, making change, investing in themselves, understanding God and what love means, self-awareness, and are scared to face their trauma alone, and unlearning what they've been conditioned to know and step into the unknown, that's where I come in to help those individuals along their journey. I will not force my beliefs onto another I will handle each individual with care, empathy, and under ethical obligation and my personal moral compass. If spirituality is not a preference, we can take a secular approach as well.
My Coaching Philosophy
I'm committed to helping others navigate their own journeys of healing, growth, and transformation. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. As a coach, my role is to guide and support clients, but ultimately, the responsibility for progress lies with them.

I love my family, and they are dear to me.
I do not work on (Saturday's) and Holy Feast Days.
